The 74HC573D is an 8-bit high-speed CMOS transparent latch featuring three-state outputs. It's a member of the 74HC logic family and operates with a voltage range from 2 to 6V. This device has eight parallel data inputs (D0-D7), eight corresponding outputs (Q0-Q7), an Output Enable (OE) pin, and a Latch Enable (LE) pin. When LE is low, outputs hold their current state; when OE is low and LE is high, outputs follow the data inputs.
