The MC74HCT244ADW is a high-speed CMOS with TTL-compatible inputs octal buffer/line driver from the 74HCT series by ON Semiconductor. It features non-inverting buffers with three-state outputs, allowing each output to be independently enabled or disabled. The device operates with a supply voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V and provides improved noise immunity while maintaining the low power consumption characteristic of CMOS technology. Commonly used for bus-oriented applications where high fanout and high data rates are required.
