The MCP2021PT-330E/SN is a LIN bus transceiver by Microchip Technology, designed for half-duplex communication in automotive and industrial applications. It supports the LIN 1.3, 2.0, and 2.1 standards along with SAE J2602 specifications, operating at up to 20kBd data rate. The device offers protection against load dump surges up to 43V, has low EMI, and works over a wide voltage range of 6V to 18V. It features an integrated 50mA voltage regulator, automatic thermal shutdown, and two low-power modes.
