The MAX485ECSA+ is a surface-mount SOIC-8 packaged IC manufactured by Maxim Integrated. It functions as a low-power, half-duplex transceiver designed for RS-485 and RS-422 serial communications interfaces, operating at a data rate up to 2.5Mbps with a logic voltage of 5V.
