The LM2704MF-ADJ is an adjustable monolithic positive voltage regulator designed to provide up to 3A of output current with excellent line and load regulation. It features internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area protection. The device's output voltage can be adjusted from 1.2V to 37V using just two external resistors. The LM2704MF-ADJ operates over a wide input supply range of 4V to 60V and has a low dropout voltage of 1.3V at full load. Its high switching frequency allows for the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors.
