The FAN5333SX is a PWM boost converter integrated with a 20V MOSFET switch. It operates at 1.6 MHz and is designed for driving white backlight LEDs in mobile devices. The device is available in a small SOT-23-5 package and features overvoltage protection, thermal shutdown, and adjustable current limit. It was originally manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor but has since been acquired by ON Semiconductor.
