The TPS61041QDBVRQ1 is an easy-to-use, high-frequency synchronous step-up converter in a small QFN package designed to provide up to 3A of output current with excellent load and line regulation. It features low shutdown current, accurate enable threshold, internal compensation, and thermal shutdown protection. This device operates over a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and provides a regulated output voltage as high as 98% of the input voltage. The switching frequency can be programmed from ½ MHz to 2 MHz, enabling designers to optimize efficiency and external component size.
