The 24LC16BT-I/OT is a serial electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) device with 16 Kbits of storage organized as 2048 words of 8 bits each. It utilizes an I²C compatible two-wire serial interface and operates in the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
