The CY7C1470V25-200BZIT is a high-speed Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) chip by Cypress Semiconductor. This 72 Mb (2M x 36) synchronous SDR SRAM operates at a clock speed of 200MHz and features NoBL™ technology, offering fast data access with a pipeline architecture. It comes in a FBGA-165 package and has input/output registers that are clocked on the rising edge for both synchronous input and output operations. This part is pin-compatible with similar ZBT devices and can be sourced from various distributors including LCSC, Makepolo, Future Electronics, and Alibaba.
