The MIC4801YM-TR is a monolithic, step-down switching regulator designed for use in automotive and industrial applications where high efficiency, compact size, and low noise are desired. It offers an adjustable output voltage range of 3V to 60V with a maximum output current of 2A. The device features internal power MOSFETs, synchronous rectification, and a fixed-frequency PWM control scheme for optimal performance. Additionally, it provides over-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout for enhanced reliability. The MIC4801YM-TR is available in a thermally-enhanced MSOP-8 package and is rated for operation over a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
