The TPS3837K33DBVT is a supervisory circuit, designed and manufactured by Texas Instruments, that monitors system power supplies and provides accurate reset signals to microprocessors, digital signal processors (DSPs), and other logic circuits in the event of an undervoltage or power failure condition. It has a low supply current of 450nA typical and a precision threshold accuracy of ±1%. The device features a manual reset input and open-drain output with adjustable timeout period. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a SOT-23 package.
