The MCP1316T-23LI/OT is a highly efficient, synchronous step-down (buck) regulator designed to operate with an input voltage range of 4V to 75V and output currents up to 8A. It features an integrated MOSFET for compact solution size and high efficiency up to 96%. The device also offers over-temperature protection, output over-voltage protection, and over-current protection. Additionally, it has a programmable switching frequency of up to ½ MHz and is available in a thermally-enhanced MSOP package.
