The MAX824TEUK+T is a highly integrated, high-efficiency synchronous step-down switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs. It offers a wide input voltage range of 4V to 36V and an output current up to 3A. The device features programmable soft-start, adjustable frequency, and thermal shutdown for enhanced reliability. It also includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting, hiccup-mode short-circuit protection, and undervoltage lockout. Additionally, the MAX824TEUK+T comes in a thermally-enhanced 8-pin SO package and is lead-free, fully RoHS compliant.
