The TPS3847-108DBVR is a supervisory circuit that monitors system voltage from 1.1 to 5.5 V and provides an open-drain reset output when the voltage drops below a preset threshold or if the manual reset pin is driven low. It features a fixed delay time of approximately 16 ms and operates with a supply current of less than 2 μA. The device is available in a small, 2-mm × 2-mm SON package.
