The MCP1321T-30LE/OT is a high accuracy, low power, 16-bit delta-sigma ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) with an on-board oscillator and reference in a small 8-pin MSOP package. It features a programmable gain amplifier, a data rate up to 4.5 ksps, and a temperature sensor for system calibration. This device operates from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and consumes only 90uA at a 1ksps data rate, making it ideal for battery-powered applications. The MCP1321T-30LE/OT is available in a lead-free package and is RoHS compliant.
