The TPS3838E18DBVR is an adjustable voltage supervisor IC with an accurate 1.24V ±1% reference and a manual reset input. It monitors system voltages from 1.6V to 5.5V and asserts a RESET signal when the supply voltage falls below the threshold voltage. The device remains in reset for a minimum of 16ms after VCC returns above the threshold. The TPS3838E18DBVR is available in a small SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
