The TPS3838J25DBVT is a supervisory circuit, or voltage monitor, produced by Texas Instruments. It monitors system power supplies and provides reset signals to microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and other logic circuits in the event of an undervoltage condition. The device has a fixed threshold of 2.5V and features low current consumption, typically less than 1μA. The DBVT package option indicates a small outline SOT-23 package with exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance.
