The MCP1322T-29LE/OT is a high-voltage, low-power, monolithic switched capacitor voltage converter designed for use in battery-powered applications where board space is at a premium. It offers an output voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and can operate with input voltages as low as 2.7V while delivering up to 80mA of continuous load current. The device features a shutdown mode that reduces the supply current to less than 1uA. It also has built-in soft-start, current limit, and thermal protection. The "OT" package variant denotes it comes in a SOT-23 surface mount package.
