The LM3475MF is an adjustable frequency, current mode controller designed for off-line flyback power supplies. It features high efficiency and excellent load regulation over a wide range of input voltages. The device also provides thermal shutdown, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and undervoltage lockout for reliable operation. Additionally, it has a fixed 28V bias supply which allows use with multiple FET topologies. The LM3475MF operates at a switching frequency up to 600 kHz and is available in a SOIC-8 package.
