The NUC126SG4AE is a 32-bit microcontroller by Nuvoton Technology, built around an ARM Cortex-M0 core running at up to 72 MHz. It features a 48 MHz high-precision internal RC oscillator enabling USB operation without external crystal (Crystal-less). The device supports adjustable V DDIO pins with a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V for flexible interfacing. It offers up to 144 MHz PWM speed and includes a hardware divider to boost software performance. Additionally, it incorporates a SP ROM for secure execution and IP protection.
