The 74VHCT373AM is a high-speed CMOS-based octal D-type transparent latch designed for low power consumption. It's pin-compatible with the low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL) series and follows JEDEC standard No. 7A. Each latch has an individual data input (D) and a common enable input (LE) for bus-oriented applications, allowing parallel loading of data or pass-through when enabled. The device operates at a maximum frequency of typically 160 MHz with VCC = 5V and features low typical current draw. Its SOP package makes it suitable for surface-mount designs in various digital circuits requiring data storage or buffering.
