The 74ACTQ373SC is a Quiet Series Octal D-Type Flip-Flop integrated circuit from IDT (Integrated Device Technology). It features eight transparent latches with three-state outputs, designed for bus-oriented systems. The device operates with advanced CMOS technology, offering low power consumption and high-speed performance. Inputs are level-sensitive with improved noise immunity due to clock/enable input lag. When the latch enable (LE) is high, data passes through transparently; when LE is low, data is latched after meeting setup time requirements. Outputs are enabled (OE) in a low state, allowing control over data transmission on the bus.
