The MC74HC573ADWG is an 8-bit D-Type transparent latch manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This high-performance silicon gate CMOS device features individual D-type inputs and tri-state outputs, making it suitable for bus-oriented applications. It has a common latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE) control, where the OE pin controls the three-state output allowing the outputs to be either driven high or low, or placed in a high-impedance state. The part comes in a small-outline package (SOP), and is typically used for data storage and transfer in digital circuits where data needs to be held stable after being captured. It operates within a voltage range of 2 to 6 V.
