The SN74AHC244DWE4 is a high-speed CMOS octal buffer/line driver from Texas Instruments. It consists of two 4-bit buffers with separate output enables (OE) for each half, allowing independent control. When OE is low, it transmits non-inverted data from the A inputs to the Y outputs. The device enters a high-impedance state when OE is high, making it suitable for bus-oriented systems and memory addressing applications.
