The CD74HCT244ME4 is a high-speed CMOS device from Texas Instruments (TI) that provides eight non-inverting buffer/line drivers with three-state outputs. It's pin-compatible with low-power Schottky TTL logic and features two output enable inputs, 1OE and 2OE, which control the four groups of tri-state outputs.
