The CD74HCT244ME4 is a high-speed CMOS device from Texas Instruments (TI) that provides eight non-inverting buffer/line drivers with three-state outputs. It's pin-compatible with low-power Schottky TTL logic and features two output enable inputs, 1OE and 2OE, which control the four groups of tri-state outputs. When either OE input is high, the corresponding outputs enter a high-impedance OFF state. This octal buffer is available in an SOIC package and is suitable for applications requiring bus interface or multiple signal routing options.
