The 74ALVC245WMX is a non-inverting octal bus transceiver IC from Nexperia, part of the 74ALVC series, designed for level shifting between 2.5V to 3.3V and 3.3V to 5V systems. It has eight bidirectional channels with three-state outputs enabling bus contention-free operation controlled by an output enable (OE) pin. The direction of data flow is managed by a separate input (DIR), allowing it to function as either a transmitter or receiver on a shared bus. This device comes in a small outline package suitable for applications requiring low power consumption and high-speed signal transmission.
