The 74AC245SC is an octal non-inverting, three-state, bidirectional transceiver-buffer IC from Fairchild Semiconductor (now part of ON Semiconductor). It uses Advanced CMOS Logic technology and is designed for high-speed data transmission between buses with the ability to enable or disable outputs. The device has eight channels, each capable of driving or receiving data signals in both directions. Operating with a voltage range typically from 3V to 5.5V, it supports low power consumption and fast switching frequencies up to 50MHz.
