The 74FCT245CTSOG is an octal bidirectional transceiver from RENESAS (previously IDT, Integrated Device Technology Inc.). It's part of the 74FCT series, designed for communication applications and functions as a logic circuit to facilitate data transfer in both directions on an 8-bit bus. The device comes in a 20-SOIC package, supports three-state operation with 15mA input and 64mA output currents, and operates within a voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V. It has an operational temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is currently in production (ACTIVE).
