The 74FCT240CTSOG8 is a high-speed CMOS Octal Buffer/Gate Driver from the IDT (Renesas) series, designed for use in both military and commercial temperature ranges. It provides three-state outputs allowing control of data flow on buses or lines. With a low current consumption and support for fast switching, this device operates with a voltage range where the low-level output (VLC) is typically 0.2V, and the high-level output (VHC) equals VCC minus 0.2V.
