The CY74FCT2574TSOCG4 is a high-speed, low-power octal D-type flip-flop IC by Texas Instruments. It features individual D-type inputs for each of its eight flip-flops and includes on-chip output termination resistors to minimize signal integrity issues in high-speed systems. The device operates with a clock frequency up to 250MHz and has a maximum propagation delay of 10ns at 5V and 50pF load capacitance. It provides three-state, non-inverting outputs and is available in a TSOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package.
