The 74LVX273M is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type transparent latch with 3-state outputs from the 74LVX series. It has eight data inputs (D0-D7) and three-state outputs (Q0-Q7) that can be enabled or disabled by an Output Enable (OE) input. This device allows for interface between 3.0 V and 5.0 V systems due to its 5V-tolerant inputs. The latches are controlled by a common Latch Enable (LE) input, making it suitable for data buffering and bus contention prevention in mixed-voltage environments.
