The MM74HC273WMX is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type Transparent Latch from Fairchild Semiconductor (previously ON Semiconductor), available in a 20-SOIC package with dimensions of 0.295 inches or 7.50mm wide. It's pin-compatible with the 74LS273, featuring typical propagation delays of 18 ns and designed to drive up to 10 low-power Schottky equivalent loads. The device offers protection against electrostatic discharge on all inputs through diodes connected to VCC and ground.
