The SN74AHC273DWR is a high-speed CMOS Octal D-Type Flip-Flop with 3-State Outputs manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI). It's designed for low power consumption and provides data latching with individual Clock inputs. Each flip-flop has an asynchronous Clear input and a common Enable pin to control the output's three-state operation, allowing it to be connected to buses without driving them when inactive.
