The 74HC273D is a high-speed CMOS integrated circuit containing eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with independent data inputs (D0-D7) and complementary outputs (Q0-Q7). It operates at voltage levels from 2.0V to 6.0V, providing low power consumption and up to 122MHz frequency operation. This device includes a common clock input (CP), a latch enable (LE) for controlling the loading of data, and an output enable (OE) pin for tri-state output control.
